Departure form Kathmandu to Lukla 2800m by Palne and beginning
of trek for Phakding (2640m) 3h of walk.

Leaving Phakding for Namche Bazar 3446m (big village with market
in the Everest region) 5h.

Namche Bazar, rest day, acclimatization and visit.

to carry your bags (maximum 20kg for 2 persons). TENT TREK.

food) and simple rooms with 2 or 4 beds . in each lodge, you
find a room with water (same as shower) for bath. The treks in
lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere permitting to have
a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and to encounter new
person every day. It also permits to be in warm room (kitchen
and restaurant room) in cold season… |

Camping trek includes
a team of guide, assistant, cook & porters to accompany you.
Porters carry all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal
belongings, and cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers
carry only small bag or what they might need during the day.
we provide dining tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet
tents. |
