Our agency is working uniquely in
Humanitarian goal. By results of treks, stays, and expeditions,
our humanitarian organisation built 13 years ago one free dispensary
wich served ( 25600 Nepalese in year 05 ) and 3 schools for poors
chidrens in Nepal. In Tibet we provide financial help to a tibetan
orphanage . Each person who set up with our organisation, represent
for us the purchase of medicine or scolarship for poor childrens.

Short
trek on the foothills of Annapurnas, for all the person having
a little walking experience. Trek in Lodges. (feasible around
the year even in December and January) |

Its one of the best
short trek of Nepal, for those who want an easy trek and to see
the mountains and the mountain people (with lodges at every stop-over).This
trek unfolds in the Gurung region, in the charming slate-roofed
villages. The Gurungs are the famous warriors of the élite
Gurkha battalion of British and Indian armies. The Gurung women
wear velvet waistcoats and numerous jewelleries. You will cross
the rhododendron forests and terraced paddy fields in this very
beautiful middle mountains of Annapurnas. A very beautiful short
trek that can be carried out in family with children and that
which will show you various facets of Nepal. Minimum altitude
in Pokhara 900m, maximum altitude in Ghandrung at 1951m. 4
to 5 h of walk per day. |

Pokhara (919m) in tourist bus, about 6h, and drive up to Phedi
(1346m) (Night in Lodge).

drive to Pokhara. |

Treks
in lodge with standard hotel:
All the
trek in full board, accommodation and meals in the Lodges (local
food of good quality, ordered by guide). All the transports from
the start of trek (go/back from the place of trek). Accompanying
by a professional English speaking guide and a porter for 2 persons
(20 kg maximum for 2 persons). In Kathmandu: reception at the
airport, transfer to hotel. Permit of trek and national parks.
Reconfirmation of return ticket.

under tent:
Trekking equipments,
professional Guide, kitchen boy and porters. Lodging under tent,
meals are prepared by cook. |

in Kathmandu, Pokhara and the meals in Kathmandu and Pokhara,

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |

a free dispensary in the mountains of Helambu in Nepal, and for
