Day 1.Arrived to Kathmandu,
welcome to the airport and transfer in hotel. (inclusive hotel)
Day 2.Kathmandu, free Day.
Inclusive hotel.
Day 3.Departure of Kathmandu
in local bus for SUNDARIJAL village to 1500M, and departure of
the hike. A stiff rise until the collar of LEKH to 2438m and
coming down toward the stage of CHISOPANI 2190m. night in lodge
Day 4.Departure of CHISOPANI
for Nagarkot 2100m, one of the big points of view on chain himalayenne.
about 6 hours of march. To attend the sunset on all the Himalayenne
chain, a big panoramic view. Night in lodge to Nagarkot.
Day 5.Nagarkot, after raising
it of sun on chain himalayenne, departure of Nagarkot on foot
by the road, drills and rizièreses in terrace, to arrive
to the village of Tukucha and the charming village of Nala. The
hike of 5 has 6 hs of march ended has Banepa where is the temple
of Chandeswari and a temple renovated by the French help. Night
in Lodge to Dhulikhel, second spectacular view on chain himalayenne.
Day 6.Departure of Dhulikhel
for Namoboudha, on foot by the road, forests and rizièreses
in terrace a small village of Kavre Bhangang and to charm it
village of Namobuddha the hike 5 to 6 hs of march until a beautiful
Buddhist monastery, Visit of the Buddhist monastery of Thrangu
Tashi Yangtse. Night in Lodge to Namobouddha.
Day 7. Departure of Namoboudhha
for Panauti while passing by the village of the Shonku by the
road of Panauti 3 to 4 hs of march a beautiful view of Khopasi
Phat and the garden of Mandarins, Visit the small Newar city
and of temples Hindus of Panauti. Night in lodge has Panauti.
Day 8.Departure of Panauti
for Godawari passes some by the village of the Parkhalchaur,
Kushadevi. To foot by the road of Godawari, forests to the side
of the river, a very beautiful Tamang village, coming down toward
the botanical garden of Godawari. Night in Lodge.
Day 9. Departure in local bus
for Chapagaon and departure in trek by the superb countryside
népalaise with many traditional villages of the Newar
ethnie. Brought up on the village of Pharping or be an underground
cave of Rimpoche guru that has creates the Tibétain Buddhism
to the 6th century to Samye in Tibet. he/it made a retirement

Day 10.Departure of Pharping
for Kathmandu in local bus. Return in same hotel has Kathmandu.
Day 11. Free day to Kathmandu.

Treks
in lodge with standard hotel:
welcome at airport,transfer
hotel / airport. standard hotel with breakfast inclusive rooms
with shower, hot water near the center of Thamel. All treks are
in full board. Accommodation and meals in the Lodges (good
quality locale food, the meals are not order by each client in
every lodge, but following the menu proposed by the guide).
All the transports (go/back on the places of trek and during
the trek). Accompany by a professional Guide and one porter for
2 persons to carry your bags (maximum 20 kg for 2 persons). Trekking
permit and reconfirmation of your return plane ticket.

Trekking equipments,
professional Guide, kitchen boy and porters. Lodging under tent,
meals are prepared by cook. |

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |
