This trek, particularly
addressing to the participants having very good experience of
trekking, and having efforts. One of most wonderful Trek in Nepal,
complete tour of Annapurnas and bring back from the Sanctuary,
Machapuchare Base Camp and ANNAPURNA Base Camp.. Trek which permit
to admire all together high summits of Annapurnas, of which 8
Himalayans summits more then 8000m. Trek that start from tropical
vegetation regions to join the high valleys. A big different
of the landscape and panoramas. Altitude maxi 5415m in the THORANG

Day.1 Arrival in Kathmandu welcome at airport
and transfer to hotel. (Hotel include)
Day.2 Kathmandu. Free day. (Hotel include)
Day. 3 Depart from Kathamandu for BENSISHAR
(950m) by local bus departure place of trek.
Day.4. Depart from BENSISHAR to NAGDI (5h of
walk), nice view of Natti Chulli (7800m). Beginning of long climbing
until day 11.
Day.5. Depart from NAGDI to JAGAT 1400m (6h
more or less), ancient post of customer officer with Tibet.
Day.6. Depart from JAGAT to DHARAPANI (2000m). 6h
Day.7. Depart from DHARAPANI to CHAME (2685M) 5h , first
tibetians village
Day.8. Depart from CHAME to PISANG (3200M).

Day.9.
Depart from PISANG to
MANANG ( 3535M) 5h, typical tibetian village, Monasteries and
Stupas, View of the Annapurnas 2 and 4.
Day.10. Free day in MANANG to acclimatization.
Day.11. Depart from MANANG to LEDHAR. (4250M). 4h.
Day.12. Depart from LEDHAR to THORANG PHEDI. (4700M). 3h.
Day.13. Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3800m, near 8 hours)
is passing from the Thorong La Pass at 5416m. This step is particular
cause of violent wind start in the Pass from 8 o'clock in the
morning... So it is necessary to leave from Thorong Phedi at
near 2 o'clock in morning to cross the pass in time. You have
to take the electric lamp (frontal if possible) to be able to
walk in the night during near 3 h. (take rechargeable batteries).
Day.14 Depart from MUKTINATHt to MARPHA 2665m. 6h
Day.15. Depart from MARPHA to GHASA.2080m. 5h
Day.16. Depart from GHASA to TATOPANI 1200m, 6h, sources
of hot water
Day.17. From TATOPANI climb up in GHOREPANI place of honey
hunter (2855m). 6h.
Day.18. Depart from GHOREPANI climb till Poon
Hill, 3200m, and depart to TADAPANI. 2600m. 4h.
Day.19. Depart from TADAPANI to DOBANE 2388m.
7h.
Day.20.Depart from DOBANE to MACHAPUCHARE Base camp. 3480m
Day.21. Trek go - back in the ANNAPURNA base
camp.3900m. 5h
Day.22. Return from Base Camp to DOBANE. 2388m.
7h.
Day 23. Climb dawn from DOBANE to LANDRUK. 6h.
Day.24. NEW BRIDGE POTHANA and POKHARA ( 7h). Hotel in
Pokhara near the lack.
Day.25. Depart by tourist bus from POKHARA to
Kathmandu. (return in same hotel) If you want to return by plane
from Pokhara to Kathmandu, in flying by Himalayane chain, it
will be an additional supplementary of 69 dollars.
Day.26. Kathmandu: free day, or, if trek has delay following
the climate condition notably, return from Pokhara will be take
place this day, or transfer to airport following the plane departure
time. |

Treks
in lodge with standard hotel:
welcome at airport,transfer
hotel / airport. standard hotel with breakfast inclusive rooms
with shower, hot water near the center of Thamel. All treks are
in full board. Accommodation and meals in the Lodges (good
quality locale food, the meals are not order by each client in
every lodge, but following the menu proposed by the guide).
All the transports (go/back on the places of trek and during
the trek). Accompany by a professional Guide and one porter for
2 persons to carry your bags (maximum 20 kg for 2 persons). Trekking
permit and reconfirmation of your return plane ticket.
IN POKHARA: Hotel standard near lake.

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |
