Day 1. Arrival in Kathmandu, Reception at the
airport and transfer to the hotel (hotel 4 stars in kathmandu
center of Thamel). The arrival in Kathmandu and the covering
( handing-over ) of the passports to our agency must be prepare
all the document and visa for tibet do not be latecomer of these
day SUNDAY OR THURSDAY, the departure for Tibet by the plane
will take place onTuesday or Saturday twice days per week .
Day 2.
Free day in Kathmandu.
Day 3. (Saturday or Tuesday) Departure by plane to Gongar-airport
in Tibet. Welcome at airport and transfer at Lhassa by car or
minibus (90km). Hotel Yak.
Day 4. & Day 5. Lhassa, hotel Yak, visits
POTHALA PALAC, JOKAND , BARKHOR ,Monastery of DERPUNG SERA with
Tibetain guide and transport includes .
Day 6.
Departure by Toyota jeep
(Land Cruiser) for Gyantse crossing by Yamdrok lake. 2 passes
at + 5000m. fabulous landscapes Visit Monastery of.Gyantse Night
in 3 stars hotel Gyantse.
Day 7. Departure from Gyantse to Xigatse, the city of
Panchen Lama. Visit of the Tashi Lumpo and City. Night in simple
guest house.
Day 8. Departure from Xigatse to Xegar, camping
in Chay village 5145m.
Day 9.
Acclimatization day and
preparation of trek with yaks to carry tents and foods.
Day 10. Departure from Chay Village to base
camp of GEU LA PASS, 5170m. 4h30 of walk.
Day 11. Departure from GEU LA PASS to high valley
of DZAKA. 4560M. 5H1/2
Day 12.
Departure From DZAKA
valley to CHO DZOM, 4560m. 3 h
Day 13.
Departure From Cho Dzom
to RONGPHU monastery. 4900M. 3 Hours and CONTINUE TILL THE EVEREST
BASE CAMP, altitude camp at 5220m. 5 h
Day 14.
RONGPHU, depart to NAM
LA PASS, altitude 5250m. long day walk of 8h ½.
Day 15.
Departure from Nam La
pass to Lungchang .4600m. 5 h
Day 16.
Departure from Lungchang
to Old Tingri 3h.
Day 17.Old Tingri, departure by land cruiser
to Nyalam. Lodging in Guest house.
Day 18. Departure from Nyalam to Zhangmu, Chinese custom
formalities, cross "Friendship bridge" by walk with
your luggage entry formalities on Nepali territory (welcome by
a member of our agency) and departure to Kathmandu. In July and
August, the road is often collapse by places and provoke some
changing of several vehicles. Truck, bus, jeep, Local bus etc
Participants need to carry their luggage themselves during the
changing, some times of 1 hour. Return in Kathmandu same hotel.
Day 19.
Kathmandu. Free day
Day 20.
Kathmandu, transfer at
airport 2h ½ before your plane departure.

from center Thamel. Bedrooms with 2 beds, shower (hot water)

on this descriptive. Plane from Lhassa- Kathmandu. Foods prepared

English speaking Tibetan guide. Accommodation in tent at 2 places
during the trek and in the hotels or guest houses as indicated
