Day.1 Arrive to Katmandou, welcome to the
airport, transfer and installation in hotel 2 stars, very near
of themal , very quiet and very clean own, 2 minutesf rom the
Centre of Thamel 10 minutes on foot to the DURBAR SQUARE of the
Kathmandu. (the chinese embassy is open that only Monday, Wednesday
and Friday in the morning . you need to be arrive in Nepal before
these days. To Leave to Tibet tour you have to leave from Kathmandu
on Tuesday and saturday one of these days to be able to leave
for Tibet. When you will take your Chinese visa in France it
can be automatically cancel to go in Tibet) will you have another
visa for tibet tour.
Day.2
Visit with guide beautiful
temple and Buddhist Stuppas Visit of PASHUPATINATH, SWAYAMBUNATH
and BODHNAT
Day.3
Departaure from Kathmandu
for Lhassa ( 3600m) Only on the Saturday or Tuesday The flight
passe from close to the Mount Everest a fabulouse spectacle Night

Day.4/5 Visit of Lhassa Surrounding Potala Palac,
The monastery of Drepung and Sera there will be temple of Jokang
, palace of Barkhor piligrims turn tirellessly around the temple

Day.6 Departure for Gyantse (3900m) while doing tour of the magnificent
yamdrok lake one (collar ) Turn over the 5200m and Visit the
Moanstery of Kumbum Night in hotel Standard.
Day.7 Departure for Shigatse (3800m). Visit
the Monastery of Tashilumpo (the chair of Panchan Lama) Night
in hotel standard.
Day.8
Departure for Latse (4000m),
Night in Guest House.
Day.9
Departure for Saga (4000m),
discovery of the mount shishanpangma 1st Night in under the tent.
Day.10 Departure for the SAGA camp by jeep
to rejoin PARYANG (Alt4100m)., along the journey sand, the chaine
mountain of rockey nad the PARYANG river one can see in the wild
antelope road and the LOPU mountain GANGRI7098m. Night under
tent.
Day.11 Departure from PARYANG For HOR by jeep
.On the way to Paryang and Hor we discover the NYOGZE Lake, MANASARAWA
LAKE (Mansarovar) we will meet certainly some nomadic tibetaines.

of wlcome in Tibetaine) Night under the tent
Day.12/13 The circuit around the manasarwa lake(4510m),
and the lake of The Rakas Tal or The camp of nomadic tibitaines
the lake is place of the pilgrimage of the Kailash for Tibetaines.

Day.14 We leave the Mansarwa lake by jeep to rejoin DARCHEN (4302M)

Day.15/16/17
Treaking around the Mount
Kailash while following piligrims that who turn around the sacred
Mount Kailash in the ritual sense. While passing by red cliffs
of throats of LHA CHU, then bring up by the collar of Domala
(5600M) that gets around the mount kailash. To the GAURIKUNDA
lake 5400m and pilgrims are take a ritual bath and do offerings
then comeing down ward to the Monastery of Zutrul Continuing
before toward DARCHEN (About 5h walking per day. The transport
of your luggage, the material, tent, kitchen, etc, are supply
done by Yaks.During these three days the around the Mount Kailash,
if you want to transport it You can rent a Yaks.
Day. 18 Departure from DARCHEN by jeep return
to PARYANG Night under the tent
Day. 19
Departure from PARYANG
by jeep for SAKA Night under the tent
Day. 20 Deparutre from SAKA by jeep return to
NYLAM or ZGANGMU, Night in Guest House.
Day. 21 Departure from ZHZNGMU, to exit station
formalize of the Chinese crossing on foot the friendship Bridge,
formalize nepalais ,( a person of our agency wait for you at
the borders ) and return to Kathmandu by local bus about 5h.
Return same Hotel in Kathmandu.
Day. 22
Free day in Kathmandu
Day. 23 Free in the morning, transfer to the
airport 2h ½ before the departure of your plane |

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |
