|
Day 1 Arrive at Kathmandu ,welcome at airport
,transfer to the hotel.
Day 2 Departure from Kathmandu (1320 m) for
Sankhu by bus, historic city on ancient route of Tibet. Departure
for trek with guide & porter for Nagarkot 2100 m, One of
biggest points of view over himalayan ranges. Walk about 4 hours
by road of which a good part in light climbing .In Nagarkot ,big
panoramic view over himalayas .witness sunset voer himalayas
ranges. Night at Lodge in Nagarkot.
Day 3 After sunrise, leave by foot from Nagarkot
by road, forest & ricefields in terrace for arriving at Tukuche
village & to delightful village of Nala.Hike of 5 ot 6 hours
of walk ends in Banepa where Chandeshwori temple & a temple
renovated by french aid are situated.Second spectacular view
over himalayan ranges. Night at Dhulikhal in lodge.
Day 4. Departure form Dhukikhel for Panauti by bus (1
hour) & trek to Godawari.serpent way between ricefields &
different cultures (about 5-6 hours of walk) night in lodge.
Day 5 Departure form Godawari for Chapagaon by local
bus & leave for trek via superb nepalese landscape with several
ethnic traditional villages of newar.climbing towards Pharping
village where guru riongpoche cave is situated who has introduced
tibetian buddhism in 6th century in samye in tibet.he made a
retreat of several years in Pharping Night in lodge.
Jour 6. Départ du Pharping en bus local pour Kathmandu,
Day 7 Early morning (0600 hours)by tourist bus for Chitwan
national park for safari in hotel Safari Adventure.In full board
from arrival
to departure including activity (see programme attached).
Day 8 Chitwan Stay. Activity in jungle
Day 9 Departure from Chitawan for Pokhara
by tourist bus. hotel near 5 minutes walk from lake.
Day 10 Pokhara, depart to Sarankot by taxi
for view point over himalayan ranges & descend by foot (3
hours afternoon free).
Day 11 Departure from Pokhara for Kathmandu by tourist
bus .return to same hotel (if you want to come back by plane
following himalayan ranges,it will be supplementry US$ 69 per
person)
Day12 Kathmandu, visit of Pashupatinath ,improtant
hindu site, Swoyambhunath ( buddhist temple).
Day13 Free day in Kathmandu. Transfer at airport
3 hours before of your plane time. |

Treks
in lodge with standard hotel:
Welcome at the airport,
transfer to hotel/airport. Comfortable 2 stars hotel (near center
of Thamel) with breakfast, rooms with double bed/shower, All
treks are in full board. Accommodation and meals in the Lodges
(good quality locale food, the meals are not order by each
client in every lodge, but following the menu proposed by the
guide). All the transports (go/back on the places of trek
and during the trek). Accompany by a professional Guide and one
porter for 2 persons to carry your bags (maximum 20 kg for 2
persons). Trekking permit and reconfirmation of your return plane
ticket.
In Chitwan: indicated visit by proffesional guide.in
full board from arrival to departure from chitwan.
At Pokhara: Standard hotel, near lake.
Treks under tent:
Trekking equipments,
professional Guide, kitchen boy and porters. Lodging under tent,
meals are prepared by cook. |

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |
